Korean supermarket Oseyo signs for Manchester Arndale
Arndale shopping centre in Manchester has added a taste of Asia to its offering by signing Oseyo as its latest tenant.
The Korean supermarket chain has agreed a 15-year lease on a 12,580 sq ft facility.
Oseyo already has a shop in Manchester, on Oxford Road. The new facility will expand Oseyo’s offering with groceries and products, including snacks, sauces and fresh produce.

M&G Real Estate and Global Mutual act as joint asset managers of Manchester Arndale.
Recently, Global Mutual had agreed leasing deals at the centre with brands including Moss, Gilly Hicks, Nike, Manchester City, Clarks, Flying Tiger, Miniso, Tommy Hilfiger, Kick Game and Kurt Geiger.
In addition, the food and beverage offer was expanded with arrivals of Black Sheep Coffee, Krispy Kreme, and Slim Chickens.
Global Mutual head of European retail asset management Steve Gray said: “We place great importance on creating a mix that caters to the city’s diverse taste and we are certain Oseyo will fit the bill.

Metis Real Estate and Time Retail Partners are Manchester Arndale’s retained letting agents, while Whitby Smith acted as property advisor for Oseyo’s UK portfolio.
