Knotel continues London push with Midtown deal
Knotel has agreed to lease around 20,000 sq ft at 10 Fleet Place, EC4, as the flexible workspace provider continues to ramp up its presence in the UK.
It has taken the space on a 10-year lease. Quoting rents are around £65 per sq ft.
Located on Limeburner Lane, off Ludgate Hill, in Midtown, 10 Fleet Place was acquired in 2015 by its current Hong Kong-based owners Crosby Investment Holdings and Wing Tai Properties, reportedly for just over £175m, from Ares Management.

Addington Capital asset-manage the property on behalf of its owners. Addington principal Martin Roberts said: “We will be releasing a further 13,000 sq ft of Cat A refurbished offices in March, with a further 33,000 sq ft at the beginning of 2021. 10 Fleet Place is an iconic building in a great location, so we are confident of achieving further success.”
Other tenants in the 185,000 sq ft building include news outlet CNBC and telecommunications firm Century Link.
The agents for the property are BH2 and Squarebrook, while BNP Paribas Real Estate advised Knotel.
