Knight Frank Investment Management has purchased Helmont House in Cardiff for £34m.
The 12-storey, 170,000 sq ft office and hotel block is home to Premier Inn, New Law Solicitors and the big Lottery Fund.
Legal & General sold the property on behalf of the Bishopsgate Long Term Property Fund.
