Knight Dragon unveils new £1bn building at Greenwich Peninsula scheme
Hong Kong investor Knight Dragon has unveiled a new £1bn building at the heart of its Greenwich Peninsula project, SE10.
The 1.4m sq ft scheme, designed by international architect and engineer Santiago Calatrava, will include a new tube and bus station, theatre, cinema and performance venue, bars, shops and a wellbeing hub.
Above this will be three towers of offices, flats and hotels, connected to the Thames by a new land bridge.

Knight Dragon gained consent for the £8.4bn Greenwich Peninsula scheme in 2015. In total it will comprise almost 16,000 homes, with as many as 28,000 people expected to be living on the site by 2025.
The group bought the site from Quintain in 2013 for £186m.
