Knight Dragon, L&Q and the Greater London Authority have received planning consent for a revised 17,487-home masterplan for Greenwich Peninsula, SE10.
Greenwich Council has approved a hybrid application including 5,813 homes in outline plans, boosting the overall masterplan with an additional 1,757 homes with new tenures including co-living.
The outline plans allow for 5.7m sq ft of residential development, which could include up to 5,813 homes and up to 500 student or co-living rooms. The scheme includes a 350-bedroom hotel, a theatre, 740,000 sq ft of commercial space and 210,000 sq ft of retail and F&B, with additional sports, health and education facilities.
