Kitt finds its Flo at St Katharine Docks

Managed office operator Kitt has secured women’s health app provider Flo Health as the latest tenant at International House, 1 St Katharine’s Way, E1. The company has agreed to take 9,300 sq ft at the St Katharine Docks office block, near Tower Bridge, for its new headquarters. Rents in the building are around £60 per sq ft, according to EG Radius data. Flo is the most downloaded women’s health app, with 70m monthly active users globally. Last week, it announced it had raised more than $200m (£157m) of Series C investment, taking its valuation to more than $1bn. Lucy Minton, co-founder of Kitt, said: “Kitt is thrilled to have worked closely with Flo Health on a compressed timeline to deliver a fantastic end-to-end workspace solution for its new London HQ. “The high-quality space is truly a testament to what Kitt hopes to create for all our clients: an office worth leaving home for.
