Nineyards Kingston will also incorporate 12,970 sq ft of internal amenity space, including a gym, workspace, a lounge, communal Masterchef-style kitchen and cinema room. There will be 3,600 sq ft of external landscaped space and a 4,500 sq ft cafe and restaurant.
The scheme was unanimously approved by councillors at Kingston’s planning committee on 15 October.
