‘Killing Eve’ network AMC takes new flexible Soho HQ
The TV network behind Killing Eve, The Walking Dead and Better Call Saul will move into a new flexible office London headquarters this summer, as it adopts a hybrid working policy.
AMC Networks International will move its UK workforce of around 160 people into the 5,200 sq ft fourth-floor space at 33 Broadwick Street, W1, in June, operated by flexible working company Fora.
The move represents a significant reduction in office space from AMC’s previous base in Kilburn, north-west London, where it occupied a nearly 30,000 sq ft building, as it allows staff to work remotely for part of the week when they return to the office.

The TV company is the latest of many London occupiers to downsize and move to flexible office space as they rejig their working patterns after the coronavirus lockdown eases. It will join the British Fashion Council, which also agreed to move into the building earlier this year.
Kevin Dickie, managing director of AMC Networks International UK, said: “We will adopt a hybrid working model, which requires a space that caters for our employees whether they are physically present or working remotely. This new workspace is an environment that supports collaboration with multiple team spaces and break-out areas.”
Enrico Sanna, co-founder and chief executive of Fora, added: “The flexible working model will play a significant part in the return to physical working, with flexible leases being an attractive proposition to companies and decision-makers.”
Fora is targeting a sharp increase in the use of flexible office space as the UK emerges from the Covid-19 pandemic. As well as its Soho office, it is gearing up to open a new 20,500 sq ft West End site at Wells Mews, W1, later this summer.
