London’s mayor has said he will expand the ultra-low emissions zone to cover all of Greater London, despite threats of legal action from some boroughs.
Sadiq Khan said at the launch of a scrappage scheme yesterday that London’s Ulez would be expanded on 29 August.
A number of boroughs have expressed concerns about the plans, while a majority of respondents to Transport for London’s consultation oppose the scheme.
