Build-to-rent specialist Sigma has appointed Kinleigh, Folkard & Hayward as lettings and asset management partner across its growing portfolio of London rental units.
Sigma, in joint venture with EQT Real Estate, is targeting the delivery of an initial portfolio of 3,000 rental homes across Greater London over the next five years with a value of more than £1bn.
The joint venture is focusing the portfolio on blocks located in the more affordable parts of Greater London, primarily in zones 3-6 and close to transport links. Its first homes at Fresh Wharf in Barking and Beam Park in Rainham (pictured) will be launched this month.
