Keyland submits plans for £70m neighbourhood in Calderdale

Keyland Developments, the property arm of Kelda Group and sister company to Yorkshire Water, has submitted proposals for 230 homes to be built south of Saddleworth Road in Greetland, Calderdale, West Yorkshire.

The scheme has a gross development value of around £70m, featuring both mixed-tenure homes as well as an affordable housing element. The plans also include new blue and green infrastructure and public open space.

Michael Powell, land and planning manager at Keyland, said: “We submit an outline planning application, with the aim of bringing forward a residential scheme that will diversify the local housing market and accelerate the delivery of much-needed new homes.”
