Overall the top 10 agents accounted for nearly 70% of the market, up from 60% in 2013. Take-up was dominated by small and large units with small or sub-20,000 sq ft market accounting for 50m sq ft of space, or a third of the market.
Despite their size, mega-sheds or those larger than 500,000 sq ft made up just 7% of take-up.
