JLL hires new supply chain director

JLL has hired Ashley Smart from DHL, who will become a supply chain director for the agency’s EMEA industrial and logistics operations. Smart will be based in London, and work as part of a wider team spread across Germany, France, the Netherlands and central and eastern European markets. He will work closely with JLL’s UK supply chain consultancy team, which was set up last year. Smart spent 12 years at DHL, latterly as senior director for its global sector development arm.
