Property developer Jaynic has appointed former CBRE director Simon Wilson as project director to oversee its £200m Suffolk Park development at Bury St Edmonds.
Wilson, who was previously a development manager at Kier, will be joined by Jason Newman, who has been appointed as group construction director for the 2m sq ft mixed-use development scheme. Newman will also drive forward the 450,000 sq ft development at Haverhill Research Park.
The appointments come as Jaynic expands its development pipeline, which includes residential schemes in Seaford, East Sussex, and Winkfield, Berkshire. In total, the company is working on £300m of developments.
