Jaguar Land Rover pounces on new Old Street home
Jaguar Land Rover has taken 12,000 sq ft at Script, LBS Properties’ Old Street office development.
The carmaker has taken a 10-year lease on the fifth and sixth floors of the 51,000 sq ft building, at 44 Featherstone Street, EC1, to be its collaboration office.
Nick Crawford, chief executive of LBS Properties, said: “It is great to see the plans that Jaguar Land Rover has for its new office space, which I am sure will be an excellent example of how office use has evolved over the past few years, with a focus on collaboration and innovation. We look forward to welcoming more forward-thinking businesses to Script over the coming months.”
