Intu has secured a lease agreement with Jack Wills.
The fashion retailer will take 3,385 sq ft at its Lakeside shopping centre in Essex.
The shopping centre is currently undergoing a £72m, 175,000 sq ft extension, expected to open in the first half of 2019.
