Ivy Café to open in Soho’s Amalco House
Troia UK Restaurants, a subsidiary of Caprice Holdings, has been given consent to open an Ivy Café in Soho.
Westminster City Council approved the application to open the restaurant on the ground floor of Amalco House at 26-28 Broadwick Street, W1.
Amalco House has frontages on Broadwick Street, W1, Poland Street, W1, and to the rear on Livonia Street, W1.

Planning was also granted in 2014 for a new building which is currently being constructed and 5,300 sq ft restaurant on site, which has now been extended to 8,300 sq ft.
