IT and business consulting services firm CGI has become the latest tenant to sign for workspace at Campus, formerly known as Reading international business park.
The company signed a 10-year lease for a 24,000 sq ft suite.
The 375,000 sq ft estate was bought by Tristan Capital Partners in 2020 for £120m. The investor has rebranded and refurbished the park, with spaces ranging from 1,500 sq ft to 180,000 sq ft.
Campus also offers amenities including a gym, fitness and wellness facilities, a food and beverage offering, communal and bookable breakout areas, and informal meeting and quiet spaces.
Other occupiers on site include Verizon, Investec and Mavenir.
Alchemy has been appointed as asset managers on the park, while Savills and Bray Fox Smith are joint leasing agents.
