IPUT to ‘regenerate’ Dublin offices
IPUT Real Estate has signed an agreement to prelet 32,000 sq ft at 15 George’s Quay, Dublin 2, to Aon plc.
The firm will occupy part of the third and the entirety of the fourth, fifth and sixth floors of the building.
IPUT, the largest owner of offices and logistics assets in Dublin, is redeveloping the building to provide a 70,300 sq ft, seven-storey office block.

The firm will occupy part of the third and the entirety of the fourth, fifth and sixth floors of the building.
IPUT, the largest owner of offices and logistics assets in Dublin, is redeveloping the building to provide a 70,300 sq ft, seven-storey office block.
The fully-electric building will retainits existing structure but with an increased size of around 40%. Plans include the addition of two floors at the fifth and sixth levels with landscaped roof terraces, a reception overlooking Custom House and a 3,200 sq ft café. Completion is slated for Q2 2024.
High sustainability standards are planned for the site, including a BER A3 energy rating, LEED Platinum, WiredScore Platinum, Well Gold, and NZEB Compliance.
Other green features such as showers, personal lockers, 108 bicycle spaces and 29 EV car parking spaces will be offered to office staff.
IPUT is “regenerating” its office portfolio in the city centre, with the aim of “creating environmentally sustainable buildings with a focus on placemaking and the occupier experience”.
