IPUT inks LinkedIn deal at Dublin’s Wilton Park

Ireland’s IPUT has prelet the remaining 430,000 sq ft of office space at its Wilton Park scheme in Dublin to LinkedIn.

The social media giant has signed up to Two to Four Wilton Park, Dublin 2, on a 25-year contract with a term certain of 12 years.

This is on top of its current 150,000 sq ft of office space at One Wilton Park, which it signed up for in October 2018.

IPUT has committed €350m to the development of the Wilton Park estate which, on completion, will have a value of over €750m.

Niall Gaffney, IPUT chief executive, said: “Centred around a one-acre restored park, this landmark development is an opportunity to set new standards for place-making in Dublin. Incorporating a new public square and a carefully landscaped streetscape, we will create a new sustainable environment for both work and leisure.”

Wilton Park is part of IPUT’s current office development pipeline of approximately 700,000 sq ft, which also includes the Tropical Fruit Warehouse on Dublin’s South Docks. The scheme will include over 20,000 sq ft of retail and restaurant space.

Construction at Two, Three and Four Wilton Park will begin in 2020, and is targeted for completion in 2023.
