IPF appoints CBRE’s Graeme Rutter as national chair

The Investment Property Forum has named CBRE’s Graeme Rutter as its national chair for the next 12 months. [caption id="attachment_1141844" align="alignright" width="200"] Graeme Rutter[/caption] The role of the chair is to ensure that the IPF’s mission to enhance the understanding and efficiency of property as an investment remains at the fore of the organisation’s thinking and activities, for the benefit of both its membership and the wider real estate industry. Rutter is an executive director and head of investment advisory at CBRE Capital Advisors. He has chaired the IPF Indirect Property Working Group for several years. Rutter said: “Having worked with IPF before, I hope to hit the ground running and make a positive impact from my first day as chair.
