Integritas has teamed up with Homes for Students on a 273-bed PBSA in Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire.
The scheme, Deakin’s Yard, includes 122 studios with ensuites, 127 studios with ensuites and kitchens, 10 one-bedroom flats, and 14 accessible units.
Work on the building, which was formerly known as the Sky Building, is expected to complete in August with students moving in for the start of the academic year.
Deakin’s Yard is located next to Keele University, with Staffordshire University and Royal Stoke University Hospital within easy access.
The collaboration will bring together Integritas’s development expertise with Homes for Students’ experience in managing and operating student accommodation.
The scheme will be launched under the Urban Student Life brand, which aims to provide exceptional customer service and add protection against rents or deposits for students and supports landlords by managing all searches and paperwork.
Mitchell Walsh, chief executive of Integritas, said: “This new partnership shows our commitment to the students of the town, providing them with high-quality accommodation.”
Scott Lewis, chief operating officer for Homes for Students, added: “Deakin’s Yard is the perfect fit for our Urban Student Life portfolio, featuring an array of accommodation options designed to exceed today’s students’ expectations.”
