inspirepac signs at Markham Vale
Packaging manufacturer inspirepac has agreed a 20-year lease with Henry Boot Developments for a 100,250 sq ft warehouse and office building at Markham Vale in Derbyshire.
inspirepac already operates from four sites in Chesterfield, Wetherby, Runcorn and Dronfield.

inspirepac already operates from four sites in Chesterfield, Wetherby, Runcorn and Dronfield.
The firm will invest £6m in high-quality print machinery and furthering its digital capability.
Chief executive Chris Marples said: “We are delighted to secure new premises at Markham Vale. This new site, combined with further planned investment in 2016, will enable the inspirepac group to grow beyond £90m in the next five years, with the opportunity of creating up to 100 further jobs over this period. Local investment and new jobs are essential for the region and we are pleased to be playing our part in helping the local community and give job security and longevity to our existing employees.”
Markham Vale is a 200-acre business/industrial park located at junction 29A of the M1 in Chesterfield, owned by a joint venture between HBD and Derbyshire county council.
Construction of the building will start next month, with completion forecast by spring 2015.
