Inspired Villages adds five to senior team

Inspired Villages Group has made five senior appointments to its operational team. Jim Fogden is joining as land director, Jez Conen as senior development manager, Dean Bower as development manager, Neil Burgin as senior programme manager and Craig Raymond as project manager. IVG was bought by Legal & General in August 2017 and has since grown from 25 to 129 employees. Its five year expansion plans will see employee numbers increase to 1,200 with an aim to have 8,500 homes across 50 sites.
