Inland Homes to sell £200m Hillingdon site

Inland Homes has appointed Colliers to sell its £200m GDV Hillingdon scheme for offers over £25m. The troubled housebuilder acquired planning permission for 514 homes alongside 13,455 sq ft of commercial space last year. EG revealed earlier this year that Inland Homes had launched a search for a development partner to deliver 292 homes affordable homes at the site. The development is also expected to include 1.28 hectares of natural corridors to enhance connections to the nearby country park and nature reserves. Colliers is also providing options to secure up to two acres adjacent to the site through an existing long-leasehold interest in further land extending, which could provide opportunities for further residential development.
