Brownfield regeneration specialist Inland Homes has posted a 10.3% rise in its net asset value to £118m in its half year results.
The housebuilder also reported an expansion in its land bank to 7,151 plots from 5,672 at the end of 2015. Of those, 2,440 have planning consent.
Sales of homes was down marginally from 105 in 2015 to 101, although the forward order book was £31.8m, compared to £20.9m a year before.
