Planning applications for the east London sites are expected to be lodged during the first half of 2021 and, if planning is secured, Inland Homes has the option to acquire the sites.
In addition, two planning applications have been lodged for schemes in Staines, Surrey, and Basildon, Essex.

Plans have been submitted to redevelop the former Telephone Exchange and Masonic Centre in Staines town centre into 206 new homes.
The new homes, 94 of which will be affordable, will be in two buildings between 13 and 15 storeys. If the planning application is successful, Inland Homes has the option to acquire the site.
In Basildon, plans have been lodged to build up to 700 new homes on a 54-acre site which will be known as Gardiners Park Village.
Plans also include a new school and up to 269,000 sq ft of flexible business space for start-ups.
Inland Homes chief executive Stephen Wicks said: “We welcome the government’s support for the industry during these difficult times. Inland are responding to the UK’s urgent demand for new homes, supporting efforts to increase affordable housing and create wider economic activity.”
