Indurent Park Wellingborough hits full occupancy with CTDI lease

Blackstone-owned industrial developer and operator Indurent has secured a 184,000 sq ft letting to global engineering firm CTDI at Indurent Park Wellingborough in Northamptonshire. CTDI has signed a 10-year lease with Indurent, taking the logistics park to full occupancy. The park spans more than 320,000 sq ft of warehouse space, with other tenants including Premier Paper and Transglobal. Indurent Park is part of the £1bn Stanton Cross project, which aims to deliver 3,650 new homes, diverse employment opportunities and community amenities. Ben Silcock, senior development manager at Indurent, said: “We have delivered a significant volume of high-quality modern warehousing in the East Midlands, which is one of the UK’s most in-demand industrial and logistics markets owing to its exceptional nationwide transport links and strong regional consumer and worker catchment.” Matthew Bull, vice president of the broadband and UK mobility division at CTDI, said: “We are excited to open our newest facility in Europe in Wellingborough and bring exciting jobs with great technical innovations to the local people.” Louch Shacklock acted for CTDI.
