Indurent Park Wellingborough hits full occupancy with CTDI lease
Blackstone-owned industrial developer and operator Indurent has secured a 184,000 sq ft letting to global engineering firm CTDI at Indurent Park Wellingborough in Northamptonshire.
CTDI has signed a 10-year lease with Indurent, taking the logistics park to full occupancy.
The park spans more than 320,000 sq ft of warehouse space, with other tenants including Premier Paper and Transglobal.

Indurent Park is part of the £1bn Stanton Cross project, which aims to deliver 3,650 new homes, diverse employment opportunities and community amenities.
