Dishoom homes in on Glasgow’s former stock exchange

Bombay-inspired food group Dishoom is to open its second Scottish branch in the former stock exchange building on Nelson Mandela Place in Glasgow.

Columbia Threadneedle Investments has signed the Indian restaurant chain from summer this year. It will occupy 7,000 sq ft of space for the next 20 years. The restaurant will span the ground and basement floors of the listed building that dates back to 1877.

Dishoom opened its first Scottish branch in Edinburgh in 2017.
