Immo appoints former venture capitalist as adviser
Tech-led single-family residential investment manager Immo Capital has named Todd Ruppert as a strategic adviser and investor.
Ruppert is founder and chief executive of Ruppert International and has 40 years of experience in the financial services industry.
He was previously president and chief executive of T Rowe Price’s global investment services arm and co-president of T Rowe Price International before retiring in 2012. He was also a venture partner at $14bn (£10.2bn) venture capital firm Greenspring Associates.

Ruppert is additionally an adviser to a number of venture capital and private equity firms, including Antler, Fin VC, Motive Partners, Launch Africa, Access Holdings and BroadLight Capital.
Immo said Ruppert’s appointment comes as it seeks to “unlock” Europe’s $42tn single-family housing market, with almost $2bn in committed capital to deploy on behalf of major global investment managers.
