The development at King’s Road on the River Avon will be the first modular housing scheme in Evesham.
It will be backed by government funding, following the government’s £30m investment last year, as part of a scheme to boost modular housing development.
ilke is preparing a planning application to be submitted to Wychavon District Council, with a mixture of one and two-bedroom maisonettes. The homes will be energy efficient and will reduce carbon emissions by a third against current building regulations.
Tom Heathcote, executive director of development at ilke Homes, said: “This deal marks our tenth so far this year, showing our incredible growth and the market confidence in not only our homes but also our regional development teams.”
The sale was brokered by regional agency Sheldon Bosley Knight.
