The Hyde Group has appointed Mike Kirk as chair elect.
Kirk will take on the position of chair of the board in autumn, when Alan Collett steps down.
He has been chair of affordable homes provider Vivid since 2017, and is also executive chairman of Quadrise Fuels International.
