Hybrid working is “here to stay” according to new research which suggests that more than half of employees worked from home for at least part of the week last year.
A retail outlook report published by MRI Software found that hybrid working “continued to become firmly established as a way of life” in 2023.
It found that an average of 60% of people regularly worked at home for at least part of the week since February last year, peaking at 65% in August.
