Humberts has bought Newark estate agency Larkens. Previously owned by solicitor Larken & Co, the agency is eight years old and deals primarily in residential property. But Humberts, which takes over Larkens next month, will expand its activities into commercial property. Humberts refused to disclose how much it paid for Larkens.
