HSBC has signed up to become WeWork’s latest tenant at Two Southbank Place, in one of the biggest deals the flexible office provider has struck in Europe.
The bank has taken 1,135 desks at the Waterloo scheme, which is one of the largest co-working spaces in the world.
WeWork signed for 280,000sq ft of space at Almacantar’s Two Southbank Place in 2017, which is part of the £1.3bn redevelopment of the former Shell Centre, Southbank Place.
