How the £1bn Whiteleys shopping centre revamp will look
The joint venture between investment firm Mark and developer CC Land has unveiled new images depicting how the former Whiteleys shopping centre in Bayswater, W2, will be redeveloped.
The Grade II listed centre, which has been closed for two years, will be turned into a £1bn complex featuring 139 flats and townhouses, 20 shops and restaurants, a cinema, gym and a Six Senses hotel and spa with 110 rooms.

The Grade II listed centre, which has been closed for two years, will be turned into a £1bn complex featuring 139 flats and townhouses, 20 shops and restaurants, a cinema, gym and a Six Senses hotel and spa with 110 rooms.
The scheme, designed by Foster + Partners, is set to complete in 2023. Its development manager is Finchatton.
Originally founded as William Whiteley, the building housed what was London’s first luxury department store in 1911.
Mark was formerly known as Meyer Bergman, before it rebranded last month.
