Home REIT sells 101 more properties

Home REIT has sold a further 101 properties at public auctions, bringing in £18.5m. The proceeds represent 6.6% of the company’s portfolio by value based on JLL’s August 2023 draft valuation.  The prices achieved were 4.8% above the draft August 2023 values. The company has now completed on the sale of 987 properties and exchanged on a further 315 properties since August 2023, for a combined £181.2m. A shareholder vote on Home REIT’s wind-down is set for 16 September.
