Creative Artists Agency, one of the Hollywood’s top talent agencies, is closing in on a deal for a new London HQ in Bloomsbury, WC1.

The company, which represents some of the biggest stars across entertainment and sports, with clients such as England football players Kyle Walker and Cole Palmer and five-time Champions League-winning manager Carlo Ancelotti, is understood to have taken the whole of 21 Bloomsbury Street, owned by Capital-38 and Morgan Capital.

CAA is moving from 12 Hammersmith Grove, W6, where it has occupied 25,000 sq ft since 2017

The seven-storey, 85,000 sq ft, 21 Bloomsbury is currently undergoing refurbishment and is set to complete early next year. Rents in the building are around £50 per sq ft, according to EG Radius data.
