Hollinshead joins Moorfield

Moorfield has appointed former Addleshaw Goddard head of real estate Jane Hollinshead as a non-executive director. [caption id="attachment_1053305" align="alignright" width="200"] Jane Hollinshead[/caption] Chief executive Marc Gilbard said: “Jane has enjoyed a distinguished career in the real estate sector, advising some of the UK’s leading businesses, and with her significant board experience will provide invaluable insight and guidance as Moorfield continues to progress. In particular, as we focus on expanding our footprint across the residential (and related) sectors and delivering on our ESG pathway, her skill and experience will be hugely beneficial.” Hollinshead, who left Addleshaw Goddard in 2015 to set up IJD Consulting, which advises REITs and other real estate organisations on external adviser strategies, has more than 20 years’ experience advising public and private companies and not-for-profit organisations on a range of commercial and residential real estate issues. She said she was “excited by the strategic direction” Moorfield was taking and was looking forward to helping the business through the next stage of its growth. Hollinshead is also a NED at  Notting Hill Genesis Housing Association, where she is chair of its operations committee and a member of its nominations and remuneration committees. She is also a board member of Pathways to Property, and since January 2019 has been a diversity & inclusion consultant to Knight Frank.
