The F&B units within the building consist of a 6,391 sq ft unit that is targeted for a flagship restaurant and a second unit of 4,166 sq ft.
Viewings are now underway with proposed opening dates in summer 2026.
Last year, advisory firm BDO signed a long-term lease for its new UK headquarters, taking 220,000 sq ft at The M Building. The firm has plans to relocate to the building in autumn 2027.
The building will open later this year. Lendlease is the main contractor of The M Building, and it is designed by AHMM architects.
Ramsbury is controlled by Swedish entrepreneur Persson who is the son of the founder of H&M. Persson also holds a 36% stake in H&M Group individually, making him Sweden’s richest person.
Tracey Pollard, co-founder and managing director of Bruce Gillingham Pollard, said: “M Building’s location at the heart of Oxford Street presents an exceptional opportunity. Our specialist team is looking forward to bringing exceptional F&B operators to this development which is set to transform London’s most iconic shopping street.”
CBRE is the office agent for the building.
