Hines partners with proptech in sustainability drive

Hines has partnered with proptech company ZiggyTec to reduce carbon emissions across its European portfolio. The investor will use the Dublin-based firm’s technology to monitor energy levels across its portfolio, which includes installing sensors to collect data from buildings to monitor energy levels. Buildings across the UK Ireland, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Germany, France, Greece and the Nordics will be monitored.
