Digital advertising firm Celtra has set a record rent for High Holborn with its letting at Frogmore’s Weston House, WC1.
The company has taken 3,920 sq ft on the newly refurbished sixth floor of the building, paying £74.50 per sq ft.

Digital advertising firm Celtra has set a record rent for High Holborn with its letting at Frogmore’s Weston House, WC1.
The company has taken 3,920 sq ft on the newly refurbished sixth floor of the building, paying £74.50 per sq ft.
It joins existing tenants Mishcon de Reya, Peace|Crowell and a government department.
Frogmore asset manager John Matthews said: “Our high-quality refurbishment has attracted a wide range of tenants, and this latest letting has achieved the highest office rent agreed on High Holborn in recent years.”
Only the fourth and fifth floors in the building, which both provide around 8,600 sq ft, remain available. Three quarters of the available office space has let within six months of practical completion.
