HFF hires new directors to focus on central London market
HFF has hired Tom Brook and Andrew Laing as directors in its London office.
They will focus on the acquisition, disposal, funding and strategic consultancy of commercial property with a focus on the central London market, working with Jamie Pope and John Starkie, who will be joining HFF from 1 May.
Brook joins from CBRE, where he was a director in the central London capital markets team. He has completed some of London’s largest investment transactions, including the recent disposals of the Thomas More Square Estate, E1.

Laing joins from Eastdil Secured, where he was a vice president and member of the European equity team. He recently completed the disposals of the Leadenhall Building, EC3, and CityPoint Tower, EC2.
