Hermes invests £25m in Purley Way

Hermes has bought Access 23, an 182,756 sq ft industrial scheme with showroom space on Purley Way in Croydon, south London, from Burford for £25m. Deutsche Post Global Mail occupies around 75,000 sq ft  with the remainder available to occupiers requiring between 40,434 sq ft and 95,982 sq ft. The showrooms are occupied by Toyota. Hermes was represented by King Sturge; Franc Warwick represented Burford. Hermes Commercial have appointed King Sturge and Stiles Harold Williams as letting agents for the scheme.
