Here East wins Wired prize
Here East, at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, E15, has been has been awarded a Platinum Wired Certification from WiredScore as part of its digital connectivity rating scheme.
The Wired Certification is a benchmark for commercial property connectivity that independently certifies buildings’ digital infrastructure.
This provides greater transparency for occupiers before signing a lease, and provides landlords with a guide for improving buildings’ connectivity standards.

Here East has converted the former Olympic press and broadcast centres into a digital campus with 1.2m sq ft of office space for creative and digital companies.
The creative campus’s key tenants include BT Sport, Loughborough University London, UCL, Studio Wayne MacGregor. It also includes Infinity SDC, which plans to deliver one of the largest data centres in Europe, comprising a 240,000 sq ft internal area, fed by multiple power grids and providing 42MVA of power.
