Helical redeveloped the former carpet factory at 37-45 City Road to create the 62,000 sq ft C Space. Mullen Lowe Group UK prelet 75% of the building to house advertising agency DLKW Lowe, activation agency Lowe Open and digital agency Lowe Profero.
Matthew Bonning-Snook, development director at Helical, said: “NeuLion is a fantastic new economy business and we look forward to welcoming them to C Space to join the digital advertising and marketing agency Mullen Lowe. Working with architects Buckley Gray Yeoman, we set out to attract exciting and creative businesses which appreciate a building rich in its industrial heritage but transformed to provide a fresh, flexible work environment built around the needs of today’s businesses.”
Roy Reichbach, president and chief executive at NeuLion, added: “The office and location is the perfect fit for us as we continue to expand our business and operations in Europe.”
Helical was advised by Savills and Hall Kemp; NeuLion was advised by Knight Frank.
