Helical secures tenant for 55 Bartholomew Close

Helical has leased 2,564 sq ft at 55 Bartholomew Close, EC1, to interactive screen provider Clevertouch. The company has agreed a five-year lease at a headline rent of £75 per sq ft for the entire 2,564 sq ft ground floor of the office building. Clevertouch will join hedge fund ShadowFall at the property, which leased the fifth floor earlier this year. Around 7,372 sq ft remains available, across floorplates of 789 to 1,748 sq ft. 55 Bartholomew Close comprises 10,976 sq ft of office space over six floors. It is the third and final office building to be completed at Barts Square, a three-acre, mixed-use development located between St Paul’s and Smithfield.
