The letting measures 19,576 sq ft across the 10th and 11th floors of The Tower, which is the second phase of The Bower scheme.
The agreement means the office development on Old Street is now 63% let within 10 weeks of practical completion.
Infosys bought Brilliant Basics, headquartered in Shoreditch, nearly a year ago to expand its digital footprint across Europe.
Designed by architect AHMM, The Tower will offer 171,460 sq ft Grade-A office space on 17 levels, with two additional ground-floor retail units.
Gerald Kaye, chief executive of Helical, said: “To be 63% let within 2.5 months of practical completion is testament to the outstanding design and quality of the scheme, as well as the enduring vibrancy of the location, particularly for creative businesses.
“We have good interest in the remaining floors.”
Helical was advised by JLL and Colliers. Infosys was advised by DeVono Cresa.
