Helical has put 90 Bartholomew Close, EC1, up for sale for around £44m.
The 29,700 sq ft property is part of the REIT’s wider Barts Square scheme, close to Smithfield Market and between Farringdon and Barbican Tube stations in the City.
It completed in 2018 and provides 24,000 sq ft of office space, which is occupied by law firm Northridge and management consultant Sia Partners. Bar and restaurant Lino occupies the ground and lower ground floors.
