Healthcare firm settles at Hampshire business park
Huntingdonshire District Council has secured its first occupier at the newly refurbished 1500 Parkway office building on Solent Business Park in Whiteley, Hampshire.
IFast Diagnostics, which specialises in antimicrobial susceptibility testing, will occupy the 3,900 sq ft ground floor suite on a five-year lease.
According to market sources, rents for space in the building are £23.50 per sq ft.

The council has recently refurbished 1500 and the adjacent 1400 Parkway buildings, measuring a combined 11,500 sq ft, to provide high-quality grade-A space suitable for both office and life sciences occupiers. Both buildings are three storeys and have new air conditioning, motion activated lighting, double glazing, heat recovery ventilation along with shower facilities and secure bicycle storage.
Jason Webb a director of Hellier Langston, which advised the landlord, said: “This move represents a significant step in the evolution of IFast Diagnostics. Its commitment highlights the high specification of the space on offer and its solid ESG credentials.”
